Solid ring needle roller bearings adopt integrated solid ring structure, featuring compact radial dimension, strong radial load capacity, high rotational precision, great rigidity and low friction loss. Available in inner-ring type, inner-ring-free type, full-complement type and sealed type, they suit high-speed, heavy-load and space-limited working conditions. Solid Out Ring Needle Roller Bearings

Solid ring needle roller bearings are core radial rolling bearings, mainly composed of solid double-flanged outer rings, high-precision needle rollers and cages. Some types are equipped with separate inner rings. They are designed to bear pure radial loads and cannot withstand axial loads.

Featuring extremely small radial sectional dimension, they deliver far higher load capacity per unit volume than deep groove ball bearings and cylindrical roller bearings. They also boast high rotational precision, great rigidity, low friction coefficient and excellent high-speed performance, perfectly solving the dual difficulties of limited installation space and heavy load in equipment transmission.

Main Standard Series

NA Series
Standard type with inner ring and cage, widely used as general-purpose basic bearings for most conventional heavy-load transmission applications. Typical models: NA4900, NA6900 series.
RNA Series
Compact type without inner ring and fitted with cage. It directly uses the equipment shaft journal as raceway to further reduce radial space. Typical models: RNA4900, RNA6900 series.
NKI Series
Narrow-section type with inner ring. Featured with narrower outer ring width, it is ideal for applications with limited axial installation space. Typical models: NKI5/16, NKI10/20.
NK Series
Narrow-section type without inner ring, matched with shaft journal for use. Optimized in both axial and radial dimensions to greatly save installation space.
NAF / RNAF Series
Flanged outer ring design with integrated flange positioning structure, enabling accurate axial positioning without extra accessories for easier installation.
Sealed Series
Based on NA and RNA types with double-sided 2RS rubber seals, marked as NA...2RS and RNA...2RS. They effectively prevent dust, dirt ingress and grease leakage.
