Adopting through open-end structure, they consist of thin-walled drawn cups, needle rollers and cages. Most cages are steel-stamped, and a few are made of engineering plastics, which evenly separate needles to avoid collision and deviation during operation, ideal for medium and high-speed applications. They are also available in single-sided and double-sided sealed versions with oil-resistant rubber seals, effectively blocking dust and impurities and preventing grease leakage, suitable for dusty and humid harsh environments. The outer cup thickness ranges from 0.6 to 1.2mm. The slender cylindrical needles make linear contact with raceways for large load-bearing area and outstanding load capacity.

Featured with one closed end and one open end, the closed end is integrally stamped without extra end caps, simplifying housing design and bearing slight axial guiding force. With the same basic structure as open-end types, they have single-sided sealed variants, as well as full complement pointed-end and flat-end types. Full complement types have no cages and are fully filled with needles, boosting radial load capacity by over 30%, applicable to low-speed and heavy-load working conditions.
