Drawn Cup Needle Roller BearingDrawn cup needle roller bearings are precisely stamped from thin steel sheets. With ultra-compact radial size, they feature high load capacity, low friction and easy installation. Available in open end, closed end, full-complement and sealed types, they are ideal for heavy-load limited-space applications, widely used in automobiles, power tools, construction machinery and automated equipment with high cost performance.

Product Description
Drawn Cup Needle Roller BearingsMainly composed of thin-walled drawn outer cups and needle rollers, some fitted with cages, they are integrated rolling bearings. The outer cups are precisely stamped and quenched from high-quality thin steel plates with ultra-small sectional height, enabling perfect installation in narrow spaces. They are mainly divided into three categories by structure and application. Type 1: Open End Drawn Cup Needle Roller BearingsCommon models: HK, TA, SCE series. Adopting through open-end structure, they consist of thin-walled drawn cups, needle rollers and cages. Most cages are steel-stamped, and a few are made of engineering plastics, which evenly separate needles to avoid collision and deviation during operation, ideal for medium and high-speed applications. They are also available in single-sided and double-sided sealed versions with oil-resistant rubber seals, effectively blocking dust and impurities and preventing grease leakage, suitable for dusty and humid harsh environments. The outer cup thickness ranges from 0.6 to 1.2mm. The slender cylindrical needles make linear contact with raceways for large load-bearing area and outstanding load capacity. Type 2: Closed End Drawn Cup Needle Roller BearingsCommon models: BK, M series. Featured with one closed end and one open end, the closed end is integrally stamped without extra end caps, simplifying housing design and bearing slight axial guiding force. With the same basic structure as open-end types, they have single-sided sealed variants, as well as full complement pointed-end and flat-end types. Full complement types have no cages and are fully filled with needles, boosting radial load capacity by over 30%, applicable to low-speed and heavy-load working conditions. Type 3: Full Complement Drawn Cup Needle Roller BearingsCommon models: HN, F series.Without cages, they are solely assembled with thin-walled drawn cups and full-set needle rollers. Featuring the maximum number of needles, they possess superior radial load capacity and excellent shock resistance, yet with relatively low limit speed. They are widely used for low-speed and ultra-heavy radial load scenarios, such as hydraulic pumps of construction machinery, heavy-duty reducers, motorcycle crankshaft connecting rods and other heavy-load components.
